Sharepoint 2013 Administration Service Not Started

When it does, the SharePoint 2010 Administration service will not start. The server has SharePoint 2010 and project server 2010 installed. IISRESET Then all worked good ! I was able to log into our Intranet and the Central Administration so everything seemed fine otherwise.
