I looked back at the System.Web.Extensions reference in the solution whose runtime version is:v2.0.50727 and the version is 220.127.116.11 I see that the System.Web.Extensions is in GAC too. (V 18.104.22.168). Also I do not have PowerShell 2.0 on all servers, is it possible the .exe files to work there?
