Sidebyside Error Event Id 80

My Event Viewer reports the following from source "SideBySide":Event ID 35Activation context generation failed for "c:\program files (x86)\windows live\photo gallery\MovieMaker.Exe".Error in manifest or policy file "c:\program files (x86)\windows live\photo gallery\WLMFDS.DLL" on I assume the problem was caused by the conflict. - It happen randomly.

- Uninstalled CCleaner, rebooted,ran rebuild iconcache, installed CCleaner slim again,rebooted and checked the event manager.
- something was changed for Quake wars, I'm not sure though.

Back to square one. Component 2: C:\windows\WinSxS\manifests\x86_microsoft.windows.common-controls_6595b64144ccf1df_6.0.7600.16385_none_421189da2b7fabfc.manifest. It appears that the first error it is a known problem and the official solution is "ignore it"! When I googled for my errors in the Event Viewer I found that it had to do something with Microsoft Visual C++ but CCleaner was saying is their bug so now

From what I could establish, it has to do with Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable not being installed. Did that Plodr but added several Visual C++ 64 bit to the *oldies*(x86).
Hopefully there will be a fix coming from CCleaner? And my Resource Tuner trial will have expired and I will need to purcahse it. Microsoft appears to regard these error messages as non-issues, since, evidently, the appropriate DLL gets loaded in the end.
